Making gloves with minimum seams

I decided to make my leather gloves with a microfibre lining. This is a very fine lycra/natural mix with good smoothness, the tight knit should be quite insulative and because of it’s overall thinness, shouldn’t form too much bulk under the glove. Next time if I get this whole process worked out, I might try making the glove linings from silk, or at least some kind of satiny texture. Also because I want the least bulk possible under the leather glove, I’m going to make a glove patter with the minimum amount of seams running around the fingers. To do this, imagine making the ‘Spock’ hand sign with only one slit in the center of the hand between the ring and middle finger. On the palm inside of the folded glove we slot the fingers about halfway from the join to flap over and create the outside finger stools.
